Product Description
A collaboration between two unique styles of whiskey-making, Legent Bourbon is the creation of whisky legends Fred Noe, Jim Beam's seventh-generation Master Distiller, and Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory's fifth-ever Chief Blender. Finished in a combination of wine and sherry casks, Legent is made using a historic recipe from Fred Noe’s family and is matured for at least four years in virgin white oak barrels. It is then blended by Shinji Fukuyo to create layers of spices, dried fruit and tart red berries.

Very interesting Bourbon. Really opens up once you've watered it down to the right level. Complex, engaging and worth picking up to experience something different. Recommended.
There is a lot going on in this bourbon, cherry, a little cinnamon, there is a slight heat to it but it’s very enjoyable. I’ve been drinking this while snacking on fruits like strawberries, blackberries and cherries. The finish on this is where can tell it’s been aged in sherry casks, overall this is a fun bourbon and I will keep this on hand from now on.
Great new competitively priced collaboration. Bought my first bottle in the US. Will be buying more. Usually a diehard Kentucky only - converted!
This was a surprisingly good bourbon. Started out like a bourbon on the nose and palate, but then the finish was long and complex.
