Since its closure in 1993, whiskies from the distinguished Rosebank distillery have been increasingly scarce. This 31-year-old single malt was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail, as part of its Connoisseurs Choice range and offers aromas of peach pie, lychee and toasted malt on the nose, accompanied by baked apple, star anise and clementine on the palate.
