This is an outstanding non smoky single malt. Very smooth snd full of flavor. Smooth finish. Unfortunately it is all gone and I cannot find it in the stores.

GREAT MALT !!!!!!
-
The best single malt I've tried so far. Single cask edition for sale at Strathisla distillery.
-
One of my absolute favorites. Smooth to the finish. Unfortunately getting harder to find.

Grand. Connesseur dram. One of my favorites. Love This One .

"Nose" (undiluted) Apple, pears and vanilla. "Palate" (undiluted) Chocolate, cardamon, orange rind, exotic citrus notes, cloves and honey. "Finish" (undiluted) Grassy, leafy and minty. Something is off. Reminiscent of Chai tea (black tea with hints of cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, clove and black pepper -just don't add the milk and you know what I am talking about). The more I drink of this, the stronger a ginger note is on the finish.

Wonderfully smooth sweet spice, creamy to the palate an exquisite whisky

For the Price. Outstanding
-
One of the most gentle drinks of Scotland with great bouquet, fruits, flowers under unobtrusive sweetness

I got this as an unexpected Xmas gift 2014...WOW! what an excellent whisky, superbly smooth both of the nose and pallate and as Steve H said, it gets better as it works on the mouth. this won''t be my last Longmorn.
-
Wow what a whiskey brought for farthers day, very smooth and when the ice melts it releases an after taste of rich caramel , one of the best ,

One of the best I've had and I speak with nearly 60 years of enjoying the finest Scotches, thanks to my son"s gift for Fathers Day, 2012. The down side is that I've been spoiled. How can I return to anything less after having the crown jewel of Scotches? Robert McDonald. July 7, 2012

At first superb but then gets even better with the finish. A rich caramel flavour with depth and complexity. Simply a wonderful example of a Single Malt!
-
I gave a bottle of this to a Japanese whiskey enthusiast last year and he said it was the best single malt he'd ever had. I enjoyed it immensely too. Recommended!

A birthday gift from number 1 son. What a delight. A good single malt with gentle caramel after flavour.
-
Very good whiskey, fresh smell pugente. Full bodied and well structured, pleasantly pungent on the tongue, good persistence. I recommend it to all lovers of whiskey a bit old fashioned.
-
Very presentable on the outside as well on the "inside". I love it!

If, like me, you take pleasure in modestly priced malts, then this is a big one. Soft, then salt and fire, grass fading to vanilla, but with the fire right to the end.Much more depth than the average whisky.Absolutely super. Enjoy.
