Fruity, phenolic and citrus forward, this small batch Ardmore was aged in second-fill bourbon barrels that previously held Islay whisky, imparting notes of smoke, lemon zest and coconut. A lovely addition to Signatory’s 100 Proof collection.

    A superior dram for the price range. Extremely versatile given the cask strength feature, helping to explore and develop its rich peat potential. As it own, full peat and smoke from a campfire, even a charcoal BBQ! With a dash of water, brand new car tyres arose. A bit more water, the subtle graphite pencil aromas are evident, evoking a time in the past. I would not say is a comfort whisky just go to bed. It is an experience to share and talk about it with family and friends. A great asset is Signatory.
