This limited-edition single malt was aged in a color cask – a very dark style of sherry occasionally used to darken oloroso sherry. As more sherry lovers care about flavour rather than colour, this centuries-old tradition is slowly fading, which is why the Seattle distillery was able to acquire a cask from Bodegas Argüeso winery. Expect notes of cookie dough, dark chocolate-covered figs, buttercream and raisins.
