A mellow single malt from South Australia’s Riverland with notes of yellow plums and apricots, vanilla toffee and hints of warm earth. This easy-going Australian whisky is made entirely with barley grown on nearby Kangaroo Island – malted, fermented and pot distilled in the traditional way before ageing in ex-bourbon barrels. A welcome addition to one of the world’s most vibrant distilling scenes.
