A 2000 Caroni rum from the fourth release in the Caroni Employees series, honouring Basdeo "Dicky" Ramsarran, who worked at Caroni for 20 years. Made up of six casks of one of the youngest vintages from this legendary distillery, matured entirely in Trinidad & Tobago, this 20-year-old offers notes of mango, chocolate, raspberry and ginger spice throughout the palate.
