Rock Hill Farms is part of a collection of premium bourbons released in the from the distillery now known as Buffalo Trace.

One of the original single barrel bourbons introduced by Elmer T. Lee during his time as distillery manager of what was then known as the George T. Stagg distillery, Rock Hill Farms is bottled at 100 US-proof (50% abv) and the barrels selected are normally aged eight or nine years.
