Graham's 1994 Vintage Port / Library Release
The 1994 Library Release Port from Graham's was bottled in 1996 and matured in the Symington cellars until 2021. Aromas of dark berries, plums, mint and fruitcake fill the nose, complemented by notes of brambles, chocolate and mocha throughout the palate.

Kopke 1979 Colheita Port
This Kopke single-harvest tawny Port from 1979 was bottled in 1998 and reveals complex and rich notes of dried stone fruits. The nose offers aromas of coffee and wood, leading to an intense palate coloured by figs, dates and tannins that find harmony in the lingering and elegant finish. This sweet Port pairs well with crème brulee and caramel fondant with apples and ginger, which bring out the more delicate nuances.
