The undisputed start of pink Champagne, the iconic bottle of Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose has an eye-catching new 'robe' that will make sure it stands out. Known for its elegant character and light, fruity and delicate mousse, this is a great Champagne for celebrating with friends and family.

Aged on the lees for 13 years, this wonderfully rich vintage Bollinger is packed with notes of marzipan, fresh bread and Mirabelle plums. The low dosage – three grams per litre – makes this a fantastic aperitif but it will also pair nicely with aged cheese and nuts. Excellent ageing potential.

A Blanc de Noirs from Grower Champagne Domaine Boutillez-Guer based in the Montagne de Reims, famed for producing some of the best black grapes. Pinot Meunier makes up 55% of this blend with the rest Pinot Noir. Expect notes of red fruits and crisp apples in this Blanc de Noirs. Manon Boutillez, is the latest generation to steer the domaine with its focus on sustainable viticulture, backed up by its award of Haute Valeur Environnementale.

Ayala's Rosé Majeur is a sumptuous blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Fruity with a long finish, this will make an excellent match for salmon, lamb chops or red-fruit desserts.

The Grand Siecle releases are a testament to the skill of the Chef de Cave, it is an assemblage of three years that complement each other to create the perfect ‘vintage’. No.26 is a blend of wine from 2007, 2008 and 2012. The nose shows rich aromas of baked apple pie with dustings of orange zest and a hint of wild flowers. The palate has a powerful elegance, with notes of brioche, freshly baked bread and the beautiful fruit that is on the nose. The finish invites you to have another sip with its bright fresh zesty notes. This is a wine for now and for the next few decades.

A replacement for Esprit Brut, this blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay is creamy and fruity with notes of red berries, mint and toasted brioche.

This fourth generation Growers Champagne house is now run by Jacques Picard’s two daughters. This is a wine that uses 100% of reserve wines that have been aged in a ‘solera’ style system to age the reserve wines and more than 20 vintages are part of the blend. This is an intense wine that has youthful notes of apple blossom, grapefruit from the young wine and the lovely dried fruits of older wines.

As a single vineyard Champagne, this 2014 Blanc de Blancs is made solely from the Chardonnay varietal in Cramant, Cote des Blancs. The nose is greeted with delicate aromas of ripe citrus, green apple and toasted vanilla that linger on the palate with fresh vibrancy and mouth-coating consistency. The finish has a pleasant lemon note, paired with a chalky sensation.
