Gautier XO Gold & Blue Cognac
(1 Review)
An elegant and smooth XO Cognac with floral, fruit, vanilla and rancio notes, alongside hints of toast and cinnamon. This Cognac has been named Gold and Blue in homage to both the sun (gold) that ripens the grapes and the Osme river (blue) on which Maison Gautier is situated. All Gautier's Cognacs are aged in an 18th century water mill on this river, an environment with a unique temperature and humidity that gives the spirits their distinctive taste.

We are proud to announce our first-ever TWE exclusive Cognac: a single-vintage bottling from the highly regarded house of Frapin. Aged for more than two decades, this really shows off the character of Grande Champagne, the most highly rated area in Cognac. Expect elegant notes of orchard fruit, intense spices and a rich, smooth mouthfeel; a Cognac we are proud to put our name to.

A cognac from liqueur experts Merlet, distillers since 1850. This has been created to express the characters of Gilles Merlet's sons Pierre and Luc - enthusiastic and determined. It's a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between 4 and 10 years and should work well on it's own or as an ingredient in a brandy showcasing cocktail.
