A Single Farm Origin single malt Irish whiskey from Waterford, Sheestown 1.2 is made exclusively with barley grown by Phillip O'Brien in Sheestown, Kilkenny. Softly spiced aromas of cinnamon, black pepper and cooked pears fill the nose, complemented by notes of malted barley, vanilla, apples and caraway throughout the palate.

Guardian is a small batch gin made with native New Zealand botanicals, including the peppery kawakawa and horopito plants, as well as locally grown limes and lemons. Hidden World theme their gins around an explorer's journey to distant worlds in search of unique botanicals, and Guardian marks the explorer's first task: passing the fearsome monster which guards a batch of flavoursome ingredients.

This English sparkling rose from Sussex is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at the Rathfinny estate and blended with French-oak-aged Pinot Noir for a rose gold hue. The palate offers fine bubbles, creamy notes of clementines, kumquat, raspberries and strawberries, and a quince-filled finish. For a perfect pairing, serve with Thai chilli crab, duck or fruit-based desserts.
