Product Description
Like its older brother No Name, No. 2 is a seriously-smoky ode to peat, created through a marriage of whiskies from the village of Port Askaig on Islay's north east coast, Brora in the northern Highlands and from the Isle of Skye. The smoke is lighter than before, with a waxy flavour peeking through, alongside rich, fruity cherry notes that mingle with bonfire smoke.

Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Ning Heywood, The Whisky Exchange
Nose
Smoky, waxy and sweet. Rich bonfire smoke rolls out in waves, with meaty, savoury notes. This savoury edge fades into sweet, waxy honeycomb and meadow flowers. The smoke is back, but it's more elegant – cherry wood smouldering in an open fire – with just a hint of toast and marmite.
Palate
Smoky yet elegant. Sweet and smoky oranges fill the mouth, while burning embers smoulder in the background. Cracked black pepper begins to take over, moving past citrus, ginger and honeycomb to create a spicy, smoky character. Slowly rich, sweet red cherries break through, mingling with salty smoke and spicy pepper.
Finish
Sweet cherries and honeycomb take over, the smoke is still there but it's lighter and sweeter now.
Comment
It's a big ole peat-bomb for sure, but its also so much more. The depth and complexity leaves you wanting more.
