Eric Rodez is an organic and biodynamic wine grower who believes that by using techniques that respect mother nature. the vineyards will attain greater balance and purity in the wines. This ninth-generation wine family is based in the village of Ambonnay, better known for the top wine of Krug and produce their Champagnes from six-and-a-half hectares of land around the town.
