Started in 2010 by home brewer Evin O'Riordain, their hop-forward mix of ales, stouts and more first turned the heads, and palates, of drinkers across the city, before inspiring brewers across the country. Still at the forefront of the UK's craft beer scene, their beers are a must try for any craft fan.
