Customer Rating
A rich and spicy rye whiskey, with one of highest rye ratios (95%) we've seen. Loaded with fruit and spice, it's a terrific rye for the price, and is just as tasty sipped neat as it is served in your favourite whiskey cocktail.

Absolutely the best whiskey for the price, bar none. Best quality to price ratio you can get. It's my go-to drink.

I bought this with no expectations as I had been underwhelmed by their Bourbon. But I was pleasently suprised. A smooth Whiskey with the usual Bourbon sweetness and a pleasent spicyness. I drink it neat

Very nice for sipping, spicy and with a good burn in the throat and a slightly oily mouthfeel.

A very nice rye that has the nice rye bite you would expect with some really nice sweet undertones. It feels a little thicker than one would expect for something that is on the younger side. I really love this rye and it's so much better than their bourbon!

Love the difference between Rye and bourbon.... much stronher more flavoursome taste.....my only issue being the Rye leaves one hell of a hangover whereas bourbon i can wake fresh as a daisy

wonderful sweet spicy rye whisky the 95, i might like to try one aged longer to smooth it out some more but its very good as is .. i drink it straight but i hear it mixes well with a wheat beer if you like

Nice whiskey easy drinking on its own but goes well with Mexican food or BBQ...not a bourbon but you won't be disappointed !

An absolute pearler of a Rye whiskey, layers of spice that just blend together perfectly with luxury sweetness. beautiful caramel notes and toffee develops with time. I can't understand why they would make it 95% rye though. if you're going to make the mash with that much rye why not just go for 100% ?

From the first sniff you know this is special, and provides a very distinctive taste easily knocking Jim Beam''s Rye down a peg on my list of favourites.

Amazing similar to a good Irish pot still, buttery, spicy, toffee, vanilla. Needs a few cubes of ice to mellow the 45% alcohol and is far far too easy to drink.

Absolutely delicious! Neat or with a little water: Complex, sweet and spicy with a finish that never seems to. My first Rye, a revelation.

Being very consistent -- much like their Straight Bourbon Whiskey-- Bulleit 95% Rye has become a workhorse of bars in the US. That said it is probably best to have around as a higher quality mixer for multiple guests and/or for parties. It makes a decent Manhattan (and other drinks) but is just not as complex as some of the other similarly priced Rye like James Oliver out of Oregon which is 100% rye and a much better value overall. Unlike the descriptions of Bulleit Rye being smooth I have always found it a bit harsh myself. James Oliver though --even at 100 proof -- I can sip that all night long.

I have always been a very devout fan of most Irish and other Scottish Malts but rather sceptical of bourbons. That is until I was given my first bottle of Bulleit '95' Rye Whiskey. I found it a truly amazing drink that tastes better with each sip one takes - even before the alcohol has taken effect! It now occupies pride of place among my other whiskey bottles.

Great tipple - I've had many bourbons more expensive and branded than this but it's just so good - try one & you won't be disappointed!

Great for old school cocktails, gives my Manhattan an extra twist.

If you like Irish single potstill whiskey then you will just love this.At first a little bit warm but it just gets better with a long spicy finish. This is a must try whiskey, you will not regret it.

Was expecting this to be a bit rough around the edges with alot of burn.. but it just isn't. It's a smooth, easy-sipping spirit that's dry and bitter with a taste of spicy stewed apples and a lemony aftertase. Refrshingly different. Will buy again.
