Simply the Best! please do not mix it you will spoil it drink neat!
I do enjoy rum, specially Demarara rums and Pussers. I tried Diplomatico in Rigby’s pub, Dale Street, Liverpool. It was moderately pricey at £20 for two doubles. It was worth every penny and more, smooth, sweet and full bodied. I will be buying more but doubt it’ll last long. An excellent drink with none of the harshness some other rums have. I heartily recommend it.
Deliciously rich and complex rum with strong vanilla and fruit flavours. Outstanding value for money.
Wow, this has a smooth and caramel flavour and is a thick rum. This is one of my go to sipping rums and if you fancy it with a chunk of ice or just warm then please treat yourself. Do not mix it - not sure why everyone is giving it such a hard time. I hear they do put a few flavourings in towards the end of the aging process but I would rate this almost as high as Barbados Plantation 20 year old (which is aged for the last few years of it's life in French barrels (I think brandy).
