  • Producer's Notes

    • Nose

      Thick cooked spice with baked pears and plums explode out of the glass, with caramelised nuts and toffee alluding to the full body of the whisky.

    • Palate

      A burst of warmth and sweetness with hazelnuts and toasted marshmallow. Stewed apples and raisins with a backbone of sweet BBQ soften on the palate and develop tones of almond and sweet toffee.

    • Finish

      Fresh and peppery at first with a touch of dry herbs lingering and leaving flavours of walnut and milk chocolate.
