Tasting notes by CLASS Magazine
Appearance: Clear, coppery amber.
Aroma: Toasted bread, aniseed and spicy rye with cinnamon, honey, vanilla, caramel and faint wisps of smoke.
Taste: Toasty and faintly smoky. Lightly cinnamon spiced dry oak is balanced by vanilla, marzipan and sweet maple flavours.
Aftertaste: Lingering hickory smoke and cinnamon spice.

Good aroma and color, but a bit of a over the top alcohol bite for a 12yr. Notes of carmel, brown sugar and it's earthy. The liquid is a little oily. It's different than what I expected from a Jim Beam product, but not intirerly in a good way. Much better choices out there for $40
One of the best at this price range. Smooth and sweet.
Very good Bourbon. The taste of Oak is in its Extreme. Mouthfilling, long coffee-like after taste. If you don't like smoky scotch , check this out. Very lively one.. bourbon are really interesting and different. This is not like any Jack Daniel's. I gave 4 stars, hoping there are better bourbons B-)
Tastes great with 5 ice cubes and a 2 litre of coke. When drank straight tastes like a fire party has set upon my tonsil.
Superb full flavour and a worthy addition to any collection.
Excellent Birthday present from the missus. Possibly the best bourbon I''ve had, since becoming a regular drinker of it.
I think I just found a Knob Creek beater! Lovely taste, fantastic addition to my bourbon range.
slightly smoky not too much not too little - I would say the closest thing to compare it to would be the Jack Daniels Single Barrel. just a little ice nothing more is needed
Just had my bottle of Jim Beam signature craft 12 year old as a early birthday present and what a present. Drinking this neat at room temperature is the way to drink this I simply love the rich smooth slight smoky taste this bourbon gives. This is a superb bourbon from Jim Beam and well worth the money my wife paid and I would recommend you try this.
