Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma
Toasted bread, aniseed and spicy rye with cinnamon, honey, vanilla, caramel and faint wisps of smoke.

Taste
Toasty and faintly smoky. Lightly cinnamon spiced dry oak is balanced by vanilla, marzipan and sweet maple flavours.

Good aroma and color, but a bit of a over the top alcohol bite for a 12yr. Notes of carmel, brown sugar and it's earthy. The liquid is a little oily. It's different than what I expected from a Jim Beam product, but not intirerly in a good way. Much better choices out there for $40

One of the best at this price range. Smooth and sweet.

Very good Bourbon. The taste of Oak is in its Extreme. Mouthfilling, long coffee-like after taste. If you don't like smoky scotch , check this out. Very lively one.. bourbon are really interesting and different. This is not like any Jack Daniel's. I gave 4 stars, hoping there are better bourbons B-)

Tastes great with 5 ice cubes and a 2 litre of coke. When drank straight tastes like a fire party has set upon my tonsil.
