A full-flavoured rosso vermouth from Sussex winemakers Bolney. This tantalising tipple takes the traditional bitterness of wormwood and tweaks it with the familiar flavours and aromas of the English hedgerow – botanicals are harvested from the Bolney vineyard and used to add distinctive, local character.
An intensely spicy red vermouth – herbaceous with notes of eucalyptus and a punch of wormwood. Pour over ice for after dinner drinking or add tonic for an aperitivo. Dawn Davies MW
