Product Description

A rightfully famous flagbearer for the natural wine movement, this is a benchmark Beaujolais from the Morgon cru. Finely sculpted and delicately extracted beautifully pure old viney fruit, enhanced by ten months ageing in old barrels and wooden foudres. No fining and filtration, low SO2 might be added at bottling only – the bottles marked 'N' (for Nature) on the back label are made 'sans soufre'. Aromas of cherry, violet, raspberry and a very slight touch of liquorice. Combining lightness and richness in a full body, with rounded tannins and subtle minerality.
