Rum Trail is a distinctive range from the independent bottler Elixir Distillers, showcasing rums sourced from distilleries around the world. This is a multi-vintage blend of two rums, one made in a steel Coffey double-column still and the other a “Versailles” wooden pot still, both from Guyana’s only working rum distillery. Aged in refill bourbon barrels, this shows the intense depth the pot still distillate brings, with treacle, dark chocolate, dried fruit and spices.
