Product Description

Part of East London Liquor Co’s new Lab Exclusives series, all small runs that are hand-filled, hand-labelled and hand-written at their East London lab. Each of the four are drawn from single casks that are used to build the distillery’s flagship East London Threads blended whisky.

This bottling is unusual for being made with 100% German pilsner barley malt, a delicate pale malt that ELLC paired with properly softened water to show its qualities at its best, then paired with an expressive, fruity saison yeast. Matured in a refill London Rye cask for nearly six years, it shows notes of russet apple, flan and apple wax.
