Since the Teelings parted company with Cooley, the company they started, we've been waiting for their return and here it is – Teeling Whiskey. Finished in rum casks and bottled at 46% without chill-filtration, it's an excellent statement of intent. The blend is said to contain a high proportion of first-fill bourbon cask whiskey, and a higher-than-normal ratio of malt to grain.

Wonderful Whiskey !!!! I love the smell of newcutted grass, ( and dry hay ??? ) reminds me of my childhood on my parents farm, and the taste... nice and sweet vanilla and spices, very smooth, But one question, are there any E 150 in this dram? I don?t hope so, I prefer honest colouring Normally i?m a "sherrybomb lover", but now I got me one more favourite Best regards from Mikael Helsingborg Sweden :-)
I bought this on a whim as was interested in trying something new and really happy I did. Like no other whiskey I''ve ever tried before mainly due to the influence of the rum cask. So soft initially on the tongue but the flavour then develops beautifully on the palate. If you''re interested in something different well worth a try. I''ll be buying again I know that.
very good most pleasing
this whiskey has set a new bench mark in Irish whiskey ,
Beautiful smooth whiskey
excellent and great value
Smooth and wonderful. Loads of flavour and a slight sweetness with a noticeable influence from the rum. Love it with just a touch of water.
Rather special - heady vapours and a real charge of good Irish heat fall away to leave a mellow rum ambience. A real charmer.
I love this stuff! This is a fairly light whiskey that tastes like it consists of at least 50% grain whiskey, as it is exceptionally smooth and not at all full-bodied. Finishing the aging process in rum casks was a masterstoke, as it smells and tastes great.
Highly individual taste, the type of whiskey you will never forget. This is the type of whiskey that will put Irish whiskey on the comeback trail.
