Palate
Smooth creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla.
Finish
Crisp and satisfying with a tingle of cloves which linger, then gently fade.

Big fan of Deanston, all of their whisky have a distinct texture and depth of flavour. The 12 year old, although not the most complex, is a great whisky and a solid stample. Will be one I keep coming back to.
Visited Deanston a couple of years back and really liked their operation. At the time I picked up a bottle of their organic fino sherry finish, which was excellent. I bought a bottle of the 12 to try the Deanston base line, and well I have to say, for me, it is fantastic value for money.
Beautiful Beautiful whisky, would definitely recommend
Not the most complex but nice!
One of my first single malts and still one of the best. I always have a bottle of this at home and drink it neat or with a splash of water. It's sweet and a little spicy but always test fresh.
