Harrods have been bottling blended whisky since the year 1972, when Richard Patterson created its first Harrods blended Scotch. Releases such as a 21-year-old blend in a crystal decanter and the 12-year-old have been blended and bottled exclusively for this retailer. Harrods itself was opened in 1849 and is a staple spot in London for high end shopping and luxury.
