Boann

In the heart of the Boyne Valley lies Boann Distillery. Run by the Cooney family, it realises their long-held ambition to craft and distil their very own Irish whiskey. Through the use of copper pot stills they produce varieties rich in family tradition and history, the purest of spirits. Pioneers in the industry, theirs is the first whiskey distillery in the world to employ nano-technology in the distillation process.
