Champagne and Sparkling Wine

Ayala was founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala. Its standing grew, and in the 1920s it was one of the biggest Champagne brands, being served in the royal courts of Spain and England. Bollinger purchased the house in 2005 and it is on the up once again.
