Fortaleza is a range of high-quality Tequilas launched in 2005, but from a family whose distilling history dates back to 1873. Production is carried out in the tradition manner, with the agave slow-roasted in a stone oven and crushed by stone; fermentation in open-air tanks and a double distillation in copper pot stills. An exceptional example of artisanal Tequila.
