Created by Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino in 2011, who spent four years researching before settling on his recipes. Aiming for something that could be sipped as well as enjoyed in cocktails, Mancino uses a traditional style and methods and makes use of a mill from the 1930s. Macion is made in Piedmont, in Northern Italy.
