The family Normandin Mercier has been in the Cognac business for five generations. Their cellars near La Rochelle benefit from the cool Atlantic climate, perfectly suited to maturing eau de vie. The house is best known for Ugni Blanc forward blends bottled without chill filtration or colouring.
