Bramley & Gage of Bristol produce whole fruit spirits and vermouths, as well as their 6 O’clock Gin range of crisp artisan gins. Founded in 1988 by fruit farmers Edward and Penny Kain, Bramley & Gage use fruit and herbs primarily grown in England to give us delightfully English expressions of many classic liqueurs, as well as novel concoctions of their own invention.
