Nordic Whisky
Nordic whisky may only be a few decades old but it’s already made quite a name for itself. A strong sense of place and fearless innovation lie at the heart of these bottles, resulting in expressive, bold whiskies, perfect for curious drinkers looking for something different.
Feddie
Established in 2018, Feddie Ocean Distillery have made a name for themselves by doing things their own way. A women-backed distillery that’s certified organic, they emphasise sustainability and positive local impact, while producing whisky with a style that balances fruit, oak and sometimes maritime character.
Thy
With a growing international reputation, Thy Whisky Distillery sits in a windswept region on the north-west coast of Denmark, rooted in organic farming, traditional craft and terroir-driven spirit. Their whisky – grain-forward with gentle smoke, soft fruit and a coastal edge – reflects a deep connection to the land where it’s made.
Flóki
Flying the flag for Icelandic whisky, Eimverk Distillery is the country’s only whisky distillery, founded in 2009 near Reykjavik. Small and craft-focused, it’s rooted in tradition and terroir, using 100% local ingredients, and a unique sheep dung smoking method which gives their whisky a fiercely distinctive character.
Teerenpeli
Situated in Lahti, Southern Finland, Teerenpeli Distillery focuses on single malt whisky, using traditional Scottish copper pot stills, locally grown barley, and pure Salpausselkä groundwater. Twice named Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year their single malts marry Nordic clarity and purity with gentle fruit, spice, and oak complexity.
Agitator
True to their name, Agitator – founded in 2018 in Arboga, Sweden – consider rule-breaking as part of their philosophy, producing single malts, small batches and blended whiskies that prioritise taste over tradition. Bold, bright, and layered, their spirits are a testament to a flavour-first approach.
