Nose: Sweet notes of nutmeg, toffee apple and lime zest, backed up with black pepper.
Palate: Rich, almost unctuous texture with shedloads of vanilla and cinnamon at the front and toffee with a hint of black pepper in the background.
Finish: Medium to long with juicy raisins and black pepper.

I absolutely loved it, very smooth going down, being I'm a big JD conasuar and had tried many different ones, this one is by far the best. Also want to thank you for the great service on getting it to me being I'm in the USA, I will definitely be buying from you again with a great selection like you have. Thank you.

This was a gift for my son who is a collector of special Jack Daniels. Couldn't find it but you came up trumps. Delivery excellent. My son was amazed he'd got this. Won't open it unless its a very special occasion!

im not a huge american whisk(e)y fan but bought a bottle of this for a change from scotch, & because of the consistently good reviews, and wasnt disappointed, it's by far the best bourbon ive tasted (so far) & wont hesitate to buy it again

my dad gave it to me the night before my 30th birthday.. it was phenomenal... next day i had a big party going, so it was suppose to be a relaxing evenening with couple of buddies, the bottle barely made it through the night.. a few days later i finished the rest with my dad.. it was even better then... that was more then 3 years ago.. for me the best JD whiskey and a strong favourite of mine among whiskeys..

Best jack daniels that I have ever tasted for being 100 proof just has a great smooth taste enjoy it straight on the rocks or mix it with a coke who cares how you drink it you wont be disappointed. Just to bad that we cant get in the us

I've migrated from JD #7 ,on the rocks to JD & coke to Lynchburg lemonaid. All has be great since about 1964

A fantastic drink.... Straight up or on the the rocks..... If you perfer it cold without the rocks place the bottle in the freezer.... It makes a great drink that way as well

Forget Gentleman Jack, Tennessee Honey and other crap form JD destillery. This is what you want. The only thing that could beat Silver Select would be Single Barrel - Barrel Strength which is expected to be released this year. I can''t wait to try it!

I''ve been a Jack lover for quite a few years . Last year I fell in love with "gentleman jack" , which is a fantastically smooth whiskey . I had silver select recommended to me so I thought I''d pay the extra and give it a try . I wasn''t disappointed ! It is outstandingly smooth and significantly clearer than any other of the Jack family . Please please please do not "poison" this fabulous whiskey with Coca Cola or any other mixer . It''s too good for that . 1 lump of ice and sip and enjoy this masterfully crafted whiskey . Top class

Ordered this for my dads birthday (which happens to be Christmas Day as well!). Arrived in just a few days and also in perfect condition. I have no doubts I will enjoy a glass or two of this with my old man come the 25th. Simply fantastic.

Had to try JD Silver as it looks so nice. Definitely very, very, smooth. I have not been able to locate it in the states. Such a shame for something so good.

I really cant rate the whisky exchange high enough. Delivery was fast the packaging with great. I could not be happier with my purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a gift.

JD Silver Select is very harmonious in it's taste and flavour. I have been gifted with 2 of this exotic whiskies and love them straight and neat.

My wife brought me a bottle of silver select for a birthday surprise, and what a wonderful surprise. Silver select is by far the top drink in the Jack Daniel's range and so smooth. Like other people have said before me for god's sake don't spoil it with a mixer, sit back and enjoy the taste as it should be tasted.
