Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey Whiskey Liqueur Reviews
Tasting Notes by Billy A
Nose: Pungent honey right off the bat – a freshly opened jar of crystallised honey, with a touch of earthiness to it – fudge, biscuits (British ones), floral hints and some allspice.
Palate: Thick and oily texture, with dark caramel (both runny and solid shards), nutmeg and allspice. The flavours remain rich and dark, with sweet milky coffee, dark chocolate and demarara sugar lightened by some candied lemon hints. There's also, as you might expect, a rich and sweet honey undertone beneath it all – lightly pungent and floral, with a real honey flavour.
Finish: Spicy and sweet, with cinnamon heat, runny honey and vanilla fudge.
Comment: Not as sweet or sharp as most honey whiskey liqueurs, with real honey flavour, rich sweetness and gentle spice.
Tasting Notes by Lew Bryson for Whisky AdvocateThere's vanilla, cinnamon, and... oh, right, honey! The honey here is not shy, but not generic, either, there's a nice floral, herbal complexity to it. Drinks smooth and warm, not overly sweet for 35%, and the honey's here, as is some dialed-back cinnamon and a dash of cocoa in the finish. A late breath revives everything. The best of the American honey-whiskey drinks to date. 89 Points

This is the ultimate and I've introduced a lot of friends to it. I'm not a straight up whiskey drinker, always mix with diet 7, and I don't even like JD Black but from my first taste of JD Honey, I've been in love. Sorry purists, I love it mixed with ice and 7, but this is the only whiskey I will drink over a couple cubes of ice as well. Love the flavor, I buy 6 bottles at a time. And yes, I'm a woman. I love this stuff!
Mix with 'Sailor Jerry spiced rum' and 'Port' absolutely beautiful !
Love how aromatic it tastes, I can see why the 'purists' don't like it but remember, this is something completely different and personally I love having the variety to choose from.
This is not an every day drink, in fact I don't even like it and it is a waste of money and sat most of its life on the shelf... though when you have the flu and throat hurts like hell is when you begin to finish the bottle... otherwise a waste of money and horrible lol
Amazing~ not a whiskey fan,but this is lush~Thank You JD xx
I just opened my brand new bottle of JD Honey and I think it's great! It does taste a little different or maybe awkward but I think it's because the honey. You still feel the sting of JD no.7 and a little sweetness. My rating is a B . R Z.
Jack Daniels with honey, is horrible drink ,I have wasted my money on that,it leaves discussing after taste in your mouth, I really disappointed with Jack Daniels distillery, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
