Producer's Note
This single cask bottling exudes rich vanilla with some apricot and intense perfume. Fruit salad and dusty jute sacks come to mind. The palate is rich in fruit, initially delicate in texture but builds well with some lovely strands of honey. All in all this is very graceful and extremely moreish.
