Nose
Pineapple chunks, orange juice, hints of blueberry and eucalyptus. Very fresh and gentle, turning to sour apple.

Palate
Creamy vanilla with an almost milky texture, whey, sugared almonds, fennel, more pineapple, kiwi fruit, becoming spicy on the finish with some nutmeg and white pepper. Great natural strength for drinking, really opens up with time in the glass becoming fruiter and more elegant.

Lingers with sweet honey and mixed nuts.
