This unique eau-de-vie is made using Nordic birch trees. The frozen sap is sent to England, fermented and distilled to produce a fruity spirit with notes of herbs, spice and vanilla. This works particularly well with elderflower tonic.

Delicious product - had sampled before and decided to buy a whole bottle to take back home for Thanksgiving. Family loved it, the birch was not too overpowering either but definitely had more flavour than other white spirits
For the price you are better off buying a tasty vodka. It's basically what this is. It also has a metallic aftertaste? Disgusting cannot believe I forked out 37 quid for a overpromised white spirit!
Great flavour to the Freya spirit. Makes a fab Freya martini
beautiful natural flavour of agave, fresh pine and floral notes along with a touch of vanilla sweetness, caramel and a very smooth finish. Very interesting clean spirit, good over ice or for playing around with!
Really interesting product, smooth but powerful with greassy notes at the same time. Wasnt sure what to expec but thoroughly enjoyed it
