Louis Roederer's Rosé 2011 is a blend of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay. Made using the saignée method in which the Pinot Noir grapes are macerated for a few hours to extract more fruit and colour. This will match perfectly with langoustines, or indeed fish and chips.
