Visited all the Islay distilleries last year. The "Bunny" 13 year-old from Warehouse 9, Cask AR13000007, was amazing, and I think it is the best whiskey on the island. I enjoy it more than the Supernova that cost me ten times as much. I agree with Robin. Smooth, with that Oloroso sweet touch, but the flavor stays in my mind all day. Unfortunately, I only bought small two bottles, and had to share with my friends, and now I can't find any more. Guess I have to go back to Scotland.
Great whisky. Cask strength is a little bit too much for my palate, but adding a little water brings out a lot of flavour and makes it perfect for me.
One of Bunnahabhain's best. One of my personal favourites. Enjoy in cask strength only.
This is the oiliest whisky I've ever tasted; it almost has the mouthfeel of a liquor. Lots of chocolate and dark fruits - a very decadent, luxurious whisky. Unlike the reviewers below, I personally think a little water helps, but the again it is still nice and smooth neat, which is quite a feat for a whisky that's 60% . On the whole a great whisky with an insanely oily mouthfeel. Shame it's NAS but apart from that it ticks all the right boxes for me.
this followed the handfilled warehouse 9 moine, which was only available at the distillery. Awesome whisky. Don't add water just enjoy.
