Makes a scrumptious pisco sour

I try it every Friday night, made up as pisco sour and it transports me back to Chile where I lived for three years and visited for many years after that. This pisco is a simple light grape brandy which is ideal for mixing as a pisco sour. It produces a refreshing pick-me-up aperitive.

this one is a very poor relative of the phenominal Alto del Carmen Pisco which is out of this world and quite delicious with tonic water as a change from gin.....worth the extra money- its a completely different drink.....how it should be may i add !

I would happily buy a case if it was under ?10 a bottle. As it is I'll just keep buying it evey time I go to Chile (2-3 times a year)
