  I absolutely loved this, it is smooth and delicious with coke or all by itself. There are notes of vanilla that really come out when mixed.

  As the base HC this is the best you will find for the money. Makes a great Cuba libre. Just think Morgan's spice is around the same money as this... no contest if you ask me. HC all the way

  Sadly after the purchase of a bottle and some considerable tasting I've decided it's no improvement on my previous score. It's not a bad rum, great for the price in fact, but there's nothing standout about this flavour. On its own it's blander than I would like, and when mixed you have to play careful with your proportions else loose all flavour all together. In conclusion it's definitely drinkable, but don't expect anything better than tasteless cheap rum

  Great tasting rum, although the smell is a little off putting, similar to petrol. Endeavouring to purchase another bottle and reevaluate my score!

  lovely clean well priced agricole rum. In my opinion a mixer only but a good one.

  Tastes lovely I drank it with bison grass vodka and Jose Cuervo silver tequila. Great with mixers and no hangover after a night of fun

  I love this just with Ice. But also great as a mixer to make things like Cuba Libre etc. It's so superior to drinks like Bacardi. Full of flavour and wonderfully smooth. It's an all round fantastic drink!

  Probably the best mixer gold rum at the price. Very smooth and works perfectly with coke, in mojitos and with ginger beer. Very much as cut above your usual mixing rum.

  A really good rum.. Makes great Cuba libre. Not my favoite for sipping... I like my Mojito clear so i usually use Anejo Blanco or for better mojito the 3 yo HC.

  Fantastic rum. Use it as a base for a mohito or lemonade with fresh lime. Seems a waste to kill the subtle flavours with coke
