An experimental release from Elgin's finest: Glen Moray. The distillery's warehouses are full of weird and wonderful casks and this whisky has been finished in ones that were previously used to hold Thistly Cross Scottish craft cider. The result as layers of toffee apples to Glen Moray's already fruity spirit – an excellent combination.

Reminiscent of a fairground. Toffee apple and candy floss.

Incredibly light and fresh. Summer fruits accompanied by vanilla ice cream sprinkled with toasted oats.

Smooth and satisfying. Caramelized apple laced with spice mixed perfectly with vanilla fudge, slowly melting on the tongue.
