The first Australian single malt to be bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd, this 2016 Starward single malt has been matured in a single ex-Apera wine cask for four years before being bottled in 2020. Aromas of sweet raisins, stewed pears and dried apricot fill the nose, complemented on the palate by lashings of dried fruit, oak spice, pineapple, marzipan and cherries that linger in the finish.
