A festive 2006 Glen Moray single malt, matured for 14 years in five ex-Sauternes casks creating aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, toffee, Seville oranges and oaky vanilla on the nose. The palate offers notes of salted caramel, vanilla cream, sweet raspberries, dark chocolate, coffee and Seville orange, with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg lingering in the finish.

    This is a truly remarkable drop of whisky. The full 14 years of Sauternes maturation has left an incredibly smooth, viscous and complex tipple. Hat's off to Glen Moray and I look forward to tasting more of this range in the future. I can't see this being available for too long. Grab a bottle while you can!
