An artisanal Cognac from the village of Cherves Richemont, in the region of Borderies – bottled by La Guilde du Cognac. La Guilde specialises in presenting Cognacs from single villages, produced by an artisan distiller with a unique and authentic style that brings out the individual character of the region. The Cherves Richemont 2010 vintage is made by using grapes from an ample September harvest, traditionally distilled and aged in a variety of casks from a range of coopers with different toasts and grains. The result has a floral aroma - distinctive to Borderies region - that meets dried fruits before toffee and jasmine notes on the palate. Serve in a tasting glass or pair with chilled sweet vermouth.
