Glenmorangie 10 Year Old Glass Pack Reviews
Tasting Notes by Stuart P
Nose: Soft, clean and refreshing: lemon sherbert and apricots, with honeyed fruit and a touch of toffee and vanilla. Gentle and satisfying.
Palate: A little weightier on the palate, with honey and malt, banana bread and subtle sweet spices. Clean and well balanced.
Finish: The honeyed fruit fades softly, and the finish is whistle-clean.
Comment: A textbook whisky, this – well made, beautifully balanced, delicate but still flavoursome.

Actually picked this up in a local store for $30, which was such a good price I double-checked with the clerk... Mine was also 43% and 750ml, so probably a U.S. version. Still worth the price here, and the glasses are excellent. My first Glenmorangie, and enjoyed every drop.
First malt whisky I ever tried and is always a firm favourite. As entry level drams go this is right up there in my top 3 ( Springbank 10 & Highland Park 12 being the other 2). Great balance complexity and smoothness all belie its age statement of 10 years. The Lasanta and Quinta Ruban are also quality drams
Not so much reviewing the whisky but the service really. I ordered this on the 17 Nov to be delivered to The Netherlands as a gift fully expecting it to be delivered sometime after days as stated. Not only was it delivered just 4 days later, it was actually on my friend''s birthday so I am immensely pleased and will certainly be using this site again! The whisky itself (after seeing pictures) was excellently packaged and the tumblers look fabulous. I am betting the taste is decadent too!
great but irish stuff is still the best
Sensitive but versatile. This was one of my first whisky bottles ever and it hit straight home. And considering the gift pack price it's well worth the money.
a beautiful coulor and the taste is beautiful
I am a newbie and this was my first Scotch. It's aroma was toffee like and it was silky smooth to drink and a bit salty in the middle. Then I got the burn when I swallowed which was very warming. I never thought I could ever drink whiskey neat but with this I could and enjoyed it. The free whiskey tumblers were of a good quality and a bonus for the price of the whiskey.
I like to call this the converter of Whisky. Not only to those who abstain from spirits all together (beer drinkers) but also to seasoned whisky lovers. It is light and can easily be enjoyed straight in small quantities for the absolute beginner or by the tumbler for the veterans. It is of extremely high quality and easily compares to far more expensive brands! If it can get my dad drinking whisky it has to be without a doubt nothing short of exceptional!
Its a relative dichotomy compared to most 10-12 whiskys. It has gone for a fruitier. lighter approach as opposed to a darker smokier appeal. I can taste citrus and almond and maybe a whiff of toffee. Light ...yes arguably but thats not always a bad thing when drinking more than one glass. Superb whiskey and although its just 10 year old it easily competes with whiskys well above it age category.
This one is light an fruity. Maybe to light for me for special evening,s but for everyday enjoyment it is just perfect. Sour, fruity and light as summer wind :)
