Product Description

A fruity, mineral Cabernet Sauvignon from the iconoclastic duo of viticulturist Pedro Parra and winemaker Francois Massoc. The two met in Burgundy and have since devoted themselves to showcasing the unique terroirs of Chile. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete allows the fruit to really shine here, offering notes of blackberry, pepper and juicy acidity.

    Bought this one a while ago and finally got around to it. 2015 vintage. An absolute cracker of a wine. Full, long, very rounded, nicely balanced tannins, beautiful deep red colour, excellent nose, good fruit, very thick in the glass with long and persistent legs. Really very much like a good Bordeaux - St Emilion?. Real stunner for the money. Clos des Fous? Not so crazy after all.
