Pierrick Bouley represents the new generation of winemakers in Burgundy. After honing his craft at Felton Road Winery in New Zealand, he returned to his family’s Domaine Bouley to take the reins and continue its legacy.
The vineyards he cultivates boast vines with an average age of over 60 years, farmed meticulously using biodynamic practices that emphasize sustainability and respect for the land.
In the glass, the wine reveals aromas of plum blossom, red berries, and subtle dark cherry notes. On the palate, it delivers rich, concentrated fruit flavors complemented by a touch of spice and liquorice, creating a beautifully balanced and expressive Burgundy wine.
