Valdespino, one of the oldest Sherry producers in Jerez with over six centuries of history. They also own 750 hectares of vineyards, which is rare in Jerez and allows them to fully control the quality of their wines—something that’s clearly reflected in this still wine This wine comes from one of their top sites and is aged in ex-sherry barrels, resulting in a beautifully savoury, sappy profile layered with brioche and ripe stone-fruit flavours. Balanced, characterful, and food-friendly, it’s an ideal pairing for fried fish and other seafood dishes.
